How to Do Basic EFT.

This is a short introduction as to how do your basic EFT technique, drill or tapping sequence. It is straightforward to learn and remember.

Further down this page will also be a video on how to do your EFT drills as well as a podcast talking you through the process. I will also place an image of the points and locations to make the process as easy as possible for you.

First of all, you have to come off your habitual emotional response. Recognise you have a problem and decide to do something about it. This will begin to put you back in control of your life. So.

Your EFT Tapping Sequence.

Decide to do your drills.

Calibrate how intense the emotion is from 0 to 10.
0 being nothing at all and 10 is a highly intense, and unpleasant emotional feeling.

Remember this number.

Create your set up statement telling it as it really is right now.
Even though I (whatever you are currently experiencing) I love except and appreciate my self.

Start rubbing your sore spot.

Say out loud your set up statement.

Repeat three times, once you have done this.

Begin tapping as you repeat your set up statement.

Now re-calibrate your emotional intensity.

You will have noticed a big difference in the intensity of your emotions.
What is the intensity now on a scale from 0 to 10.
That is one round of the emotional freedom sequence.

It usually at first takes about three rounds to get rid of the emotion, with practice and advanced techniques you can do it in a few seconds.

As you do your sequence if at all possible smile and breath to behind your belly button.
